About the presenter: Lt. Chris Carpenter is an 18-year veteran police officer in Kentucky with 16 years of SWAT experience. He is currently a team leader for the Kenton County Regional SWAT team and their Precision Marksman Unit and the Chief Security Specialist of Livingstone Security Solutions, LLC which provides active shooter training for churches, schools, and businesses.
