Panel Speakers include:

Gail Manley, Director, Diversity and Inclusion at Fidelity – Manley serves as the corporate advisor to roughly 150 Employee Resource Groups (ERG) leaders globally, that engage 17,000 of Fidelity’s 45,000 employees. Her efforts include ERG leader development, organization diversity training, and ERG structure and successes.
Alfonso Cornejo, President of the Hispanic Chamber – Cornejo has served as the President of the Hispanic Chamber for the last 14 years and is also founder of Hispanics Avanzando Hispanics (HAH), a non-for profit entity that, among many other social service activities, also organizes the Cincy-Cinco Latino charity festival each year. Cornejo is also a business consultant for companies doing business in Latin America.
Janice Urbanik, Executive Director at Partners for a Competitive Workforce – Urbanik’s focus is developing the talent supply chains to meet the demand for skilled workers in targeted industry sectors. She is also heavily involved in efforts to increase the number of women and girls in non-traditional careers, such as starting the Rosie’s Girls program in Cincinnati in 2007. Urbanik and her work teams have been recognized nationally for their work in assisting under-represented populations attain and retain employment in growing industry sectors in the region.

Mary Stagaman, Senior Inclusion Advisor for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, will serve as moderator. Stagaman is responsible for ensuring that the Chamber models inclusiveness and regional thinking in everything it does. Previously, she served as Executive Director of Agenda 360, where she led the development of Diverse by Design, a groundbreaking regional initiative to increase the diversity of our workforce and grow inclusion in the region.

The panel will take place at St Elizabeth Training Center (3861 Olympic Blvd, Erlanger, KY 41018) from 7:30 to 9 am. A light breakfast will be served.
