Cancellation Policy

The NKY Chamber has a 72-hour cancellation policy for all events. No refunds will be given for registrations canceled less than 3 business days before the event. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact Dashai Thompson at dthompson@nkychamber.com.

If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another individual by emailing dthompson@nkychamber.com.com. by Thursday, June 22, 2023.

Photo Release Policy

Please note that photographs and/or videos may be taken during NKY Chamber events. Attendees grant the NKY Chamber permission to use their likeness in a photograph, video, advertising or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

Attendees authorize the NKY Chamber to edit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, individuals waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein their likeness appears. Additionally, they waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

If a person attending a NKY Chamber event does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution, they should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact the NKY Chamber, in writing of their wishes.
