Join us for the first virtual installment of our Government Forum series! Amidst the uncertainty and concern in our daily lives, it’s important to focus on the promising work and collaboration being done by our federal and state governments alongside private industry.

As our community begins to discuss plans for how businesses reopen our economy, we wanted to share a Best Practices resource created by Kroger. This first installment of Sharing What We’ve Learned: A Blueprint for Businesses includes recommendations, insights, best practices and downloadable creative assets to help businesses navigate the next phase of this unprecedented pandemic. Kroger will continue to update the Blueprint in the coming days and weeks, providing additional resources, tools and templates for other industries to leverage.

The Kroger Co. has nearly 2,300 pharmacies, over 200 retail health clinics and specialty pharmacies. Kroger Health, partnered with the State of Kentucky as well as UPS, Kentucky Division of Emergency Management, Kentucky Department of Public Health, Kentucky State Police, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Kentucky National Guard to make COVID-19 drive thru testing possible.

Erin Rolfes is the corporate affairs manager for Kroger’s Cincinnati-Dayton division. She is responsible for driving Kroger’s purpose: To Feed the Human Spirit; by engaging with the community and non-profit partners in Cincinnati and Dayton and generating uplift through storytelling and internal communications. Prior to joining Kroger Erin was Manager of Public Relations & Communication for REDI Cincinnati.

Nicholas Gonzales, Health & Wellness Compliance Officer, The Kroger Company

Nicholas Gonzales leads the compliance efforts for The Kroger Co.’s nearly 2,300 pharmacies, over 200 retail health clinics and specialty pharmacies. Nicholas has oversight of all healthcare compliance matters including fraud and abuse, billing, controlled substances, HIPAA, licensing and compliance education.
