About our presenter: Mary (Peggy) G. Shukairy - Peggy practices U.S. immigration and nationality law. She primarily represents employers in obtaining non-immigrant (temporary) and immigrant employment-based visas (green cards) for foreign national employees. She also advises and trains companies on I-9 compliance and worksite enforcement issues. Peggy has also helped clients in developing policies and procedures related to immigration sponsorship and I-9s.
